Do I need to visit VFS for my application?
For OCI & Passport applications, you must visit VFS for biometric submission, but children under 5 years old do not need to be present.
What if my application is rejected?
If your application is rejected for any reason, we reprocess your application for free until it is successfully approved.
Can I book a VFS appointment myself?
Yes, you can book directly via VFS Global. However, Matrix Solutions can handle the entire application process, including VFS appointment booking, to ensure a hassle-free experience.
